Biography

Colombian by birth and Spanish by adoption, I am a young musician who has been on the music scene for several years, partly training and partly studying. Currently I have finished my undergraduate studies at the Conservatorio de las Palmas de Gran Canaria, specializing in Electric Guitar / Word-Music and emphasizing Jazz, although the variety of styles which are interpreted are varied; starting from classical music, and emphasizing jazz, blues, bossa, funk, rock, pop, etc.

The list of some of the groupings of which I have been part are:

 

Dual Jazz: A duo that mixes from the most traditional Jazz and the most modern dance; conformed by alto sax and electric guitar

 

Trumpet and Guitar Jazz: A duo emphasized in the most classic jazz with its distinctive Walking / Bass

 

West Trio: A trio made up of deo guitars and a bass which we played standards of all kinds, from bossa, ballads, classical jazz etc.

 

Nia Verona: Singer and composer of commercial music which had the participation of a trio base, her emphasis was to compose and make versions of the most heard in soul, funk and R & B
